Tillwisp is for independent US shop owners who want a clearer way to prepare for storefront reliability checks. The current experience is focused on account creation, store details, and the connections that must be prepared before monitoring can begin.

How do I create an account?

Choose Create an account and provide your name, email address, and password. After signup, Tillwisp takes you to store setup so you can save the details for your first store.

What do I enter in store setup?

Store setup asks for your public store URL and store platform. For Shopify, you can then add the Admin API access token separately in private Connection settings; credentials are never shown after saving.

What is connection setup for?

Accepted Answer

Connection setup prepares two separate connections needed before monitoring can begin: a storefront connection for the checks and an email-sender connection for owner notifications. For Shopify, private Connection settings securely stores the Admin API access token and can run a real provider test; the storefront remains unverified until that test succeeds. The sender remains saved but unverified, and email delivery is not claimed as active.

Is Tillwisp monitoring my store now?

No. Saving a store URL and platform does not start monitoring. The current status is awaiting setup, and Tillwisp is not claiming that a store is being monitored.

Which checks and reports are active?

Accepted Answer

None are active yet. Checkout checks, link checks, inventory checks, and daily reports remain planned capabilities until their required connection setup is complete. This FAQ does not imply that any of them are currently checking a store or sending a report.

Do I need platform-specific setup instructions?

Shopify is the first storefront platform supported for testing. Select Shopify in Store setup, add its Admin API access token in private Connection settings, and run the test there. Other listed platforms remain visibly unsupported and unverified until their provider test is available.
